What would an Advanced Technology Center mean for your community? Pick a town and a center size — or use the View menu (first control, below) to switch to a whole-county picture, or to Design your center: sketch your own center from a template and print a one-page Center Concept. No address or sign-up needed.

For the community — every year
For each worker — every year

Illustrative model, run entirely in your browser — no accounts, nothing stored. Figures scale the Planner's per-tier economics; commute savings assume work moves to within ~5 miles of home. Hard savings = fuel, upkeep, tolls, parking; soft = hours saved valued at wage. ‘Kept in the local economy’ = jobs × each worker’s yearly hard+soft savings; ‘total local jobs’ = direct seats (existing jobs kept local) + new center-operations staff + induced local jobs, a conservative ×0.4 of direct seats in nearby services, retail, and trades. Construction job-years are one-time, during the build. Resilience tiering (islanding microgrid vs. battery backup) is a working assumption. ‘Design your center’ runs the same engine on your inputs; its funding stack and incentives are illustrative structures, not commitments. Not an offer. See the Guide or the full Planner.
